New test rig for centrifugal pumps
Modern testing technology is a solid basis for sustainable new developments and for guaranteeing sound product characteristics in series production.
For this reason, Speck continuously invests in the most innovative test systems. Speck boasts computer-controlled and fully automated test rigs for heat transfer pumps and side channel pumps. In the course of the tests, we measure the hydraulics, power requirements, axial thrust, vibrations or NPSH values. Here, delivery pressures of up to 400 m and flow rates of up to 750 m³/h are possible. The pumps can be tested regardless of their installation conditions and size.
In addition, Speck develops pumps for media temperatures of up to 350 °C on its in-house thermal oil test rig.
